We run our operations out of Tilusahipo in the Raruan area. Our main contact person is Bhaktabandhu Chattar. This location is where a group of us from around the village come together to manage our little farming business. We chose the name Niladrinath Farmers Producer Company Limited. Most of us living here have been working the land in Raruan for a very long time. It is a quiet place to live, and we like it that way. We aren't looking for any kind of fame, just a simple way to make the farming life a bit more stable for everyone who is involved. Being a small group means we all know each other’s families very well. When there is a problem with a specific crop or a new pest, we talk about it at Bhaktabandhu’s place. We don't have a polished office or a fleet of delivery trucks. Most of the time, we are just using what tools we have and helping each other out. It was quite a bit of work to get the company registered officially, but we felt it was the right move so we could buy our supplies in bulk. Raruan is a good spot for this. The community is tight. If someone’s crop is failing for some reason, the rest of us try to step in and help out. That is really all there is to it. We are just a bunch of people who know how to handle a plow and some seeds.
