You can find Narengjhuly Farmers Producer Company over in Bhubani Village. We are located in Ward No. 4, right at Ayab Gomang’s place in the Serango area. It’s a small operation, but we stay busy. The village is quiet, and most people here are involved in farming one way or another. We decided to put this company together to help the local farmers get a better handle on their crops. Before this, everyone was just doing their own thing, which wasn't always the best way. Now, we meet up at the house in Ward 4 and talk about what we need for the next season. It’s a lot of work, and the roads out here aren't always the best, but we manage. We deal with all sorts of things, like figuring out where to get better seeds or how to move the harvest when the time comes. Ayab’s place serves as our main hub for now. It’s informal, with people coming and going throughout the day. We don’t have a website or anything like that, just our word and our work. We know the land around Serango like the back of our hands. It’s a tight-knit community here in Bhubani. We just try to look out for each other and make sure the farming stays viable. It’s not always pretty, but it’s the life we’ve got and we’re used to the hard work. We mostly just focus on the soil and the seasons.
