At Inchkep Agro Products Private Limited, we work out of a couple of plots in Majhipada, which is in the Achyut Basant area of Balichandrapur. It's a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but we are easy enough to find if you know the Jajpur area. We focus on agro products. That means we spend our time with seeds, fertilizers, and whatever else the local growers might need. The building is a bit older and we’ve added to it over time as we needed more room. It’s not a polished corporate office. You’ll see muddy boots by the door and bags of product stacked up in the warehouse area. We started this because we saw a lot of farmers needing better access to supplies in this part of the district. We aren't experts in everything, but we know our products and what works for the soil around here. The days can be long, especially when planting season starts and everyone is in a hurry. We talk to people in the local dialect and keep things very simple. There is no dress code here; we just wear what’s comfortable for working in the heat and the dust. It is a practical business run by people who live right here in the community. We don't do much advertising. People mostly find us by word of mouth or by seeing our trucks on the road. We just keep doing our thing every day.
