Himmatgarh Palace

You can find us on Ramgarh Road. We are known as Himmatgarh Palace. It's an old place, and we've been here in the 345001 area for a very long time. The building has a lot of history, and you can see it in the walls and the way the rooms are set up. We aren't one of those new, shiny hotels that you see in the city. Things here are a bit more traditional. We have a lot of stone work and open spaces. It takes a lot of effort to keep an old place like this running, but we do it every day. The staff mostly lives nearby, so we all know the road well. Ramgarh Road can be quiet at night, which is nice for people staying over. We don't do much advertising. People usually find us because they’ve heard about the building or they're just driving through. Our rooms are basic but they have what you need. We spend our mornings cleaning and our afternoons waiting for guests. Sometimes the desert wind blows a lot of sand in, so we are always sweeping. It’s just a part of life here. We like the history of the palace and we try to keep it as it was. It’s not a perfect place, but it has a lot of character. We are just a group of people taking care of an old building and looking after guests. We’ve seen many seasons change from these windows. We just rely on the thick walls to stay cool.
