Yours Gents Parlour

You can find us at Shop No. 02 on Nakul Path in the Lal Kothi area. We are quite close to the Vidhan Sabha, so the neighborhood is pretty important and busy. Even though the government buildings are nearby, our shop is just a regular gents' parlour for the local guys. We have been working out of this small space for years. There are two chairs and a small area to sit. We keep the place clean, but it’s a busy job so there’s often a bit of hair on the floor until we get a chance to sweep. The mornings are usually our busiest time when people are getting ready for their day. Lal Kothi is a good place to be, and Nakul Path stays fairly active. We don’t do anything too complicated, just shaves, haircuts, and the occasional head massage. The mirrors have a few spots on them and the chairs are a bit worn, but they are comfortable. We have a small radio that plays old songs while we work. Most of our customers are people who live in the surrounding blocks or work in the nearby offices. We like the familiar faces and the quiet hum of the street. It’s not a big fancy operation, just a two-man shop where we work for the local guys. We open early and stay until the sun goes down, just like every other shop on the path. It is a simple life for us here.
