Raghukul Saras Parlour

We have been here at Hawa Sarak for a while now. It is a small place, mostly just milk and curd and basic dairy stuff. People usually stop by on their way home to grab a packet for the next morning. Raghukul Saras Parlour is not a fancy store. We just keep the fridge stocked and make sure things are fresh for the neighborhood. Sometimes it gets really busy in the mornings because everyone wants their tea at the same time. We do not have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure people get what they need without waiting too long. It is a simple setup. We deal with the local deliveries and the walk-ins every day. Hawa Sarak has changed quite a bit over the years with more traffic, but we are still in the same spot. It is mostly just routine work, handling crates and checking the dates on everything. Nothing too exciting happens here, but we like the regulars who come by to chat for a minute. We try to keep the place clean, though it gets a bit dusty outside near the road. If you need a packet of milk or some buttermilk, we usually have it ready in the cooler. We do not do much advertising at all. People around here just know where we are. It is just a normal neighborhood shop. Sometimes we run out of things early if there is a festival, but that is just part of it.
