You can find us over at Shop No F-1 & 2 in Alankar Plaza. It's right there in Vidhyadhar Nagar, near the Big Cinema area in Central Spine. We’ve been here in Jaipur for a while now. Most days start with us unlocking the shutters and getting the chairs ready for whoever walks in. It’s a pretty basic setup with mirrors and the usual tools you’d expect at a hair place. Sometimes it gets busy and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the traffic outside. We just sit here and do the work. The floor gets covered in hair quickly so there is a lot of sweeping involved throughout the afternoon. People come in from around the neighborhood for a haircut or a shave. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular spot where people get their grooming done. We keep the lights on and the water running. We don't have much to say about ourselves other than we are here every day. It's just what we do. The mirrors have a few smudges sometimes but we try to keep things decent.
