Welcome Mobile Point & Service Center is located on Nirman Marg in the Jhotwara area. It’s a busy part of the city, and Nirman Marg is always humming with people. Our shop isn't very large, but we’ve packed it with everything we need to fix phones and help customers. We have a bench in the front for people to sit while we check their devices. Usually, there is a bit of a wait, so people end up chatting with each other. It’s a friendly atmosphere most of the time. Jhotwara has a lot of energy, and we feel like a part of that. We’ve been working out of this spot for a few years now. The floor is tile and we try to keep it clean, but with so many people coming in from the dusty street, it’s a constant battle. We have a small back room where the serious soldering and board work happens. It’s quieter back there. We don’t use any fancy talk or corporate slogans; we just tell people what’s wrong with their phone and how long it’ll take to fix. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a complicated job, but that’s fine. Being on Nirman Marg means there is always a place to grab a quick snack or a cold drink when we need a break. It is just a regular local service center trying to do a good job for the neighborhood.
