Vinayak Bakery

You can find Vinayak Bakery at G-5 in the Agrasen Tower. If you know the Central Spine area in Vidhyadhar Nagar, then you have probably walked past us before. It is a very busy part of the city. We start our day way before the sun even comes up because the oven takes a long time to get hot enough for the first batch of bread. Vinayak Bakery has been in this same spot for a while. We make bread, various types of biscuits, and some simple cakes for birthdays. The floor usually gets covered in a thin layer of flour by lunch time and we have to keep sweeping it so no one slips. The whole shop smells like yeast and sugar most of the day which is nice. We do not have much space for sitting down, just a small counter for customers. The glass display cases always seem to have fingerprints on them no matter how often we wipe them down with a cloth. It is hard being on your feet all day long but we are used to the grind. The Central Spine gets very crowded in the evenings when people are out walking. We try to keep enough buns in stock so we do not run out before the late rush. It is just a local bakery doing its daily thing for the neighbors. We are not trying to be anything fancy.
