Carpet Creation

We call our business Carpet Creation, and we operate right out of our own space here. We don't have a fancy street number or a big corporate plaza to point to; we’re just known by the name on the door. Inside, it’s mostly piles of wool, rolls of finished rugs, and the sound of looms or people talking about patterns. It’s a bit of a messy place, to be honest. There is lint and thread on the floor most days, and the air always smells like natural fibers and dye. We aren't a factory that pumps out thousands of identical things. Everything here is done by hand or with simple tools. We spend our days looking at colors and making sure the knots are tight. It’s slow work, and you can’t really rush it. Sometimes a single piece takes weeks to finish, and that’s just how it goes. We don't have a sales team or a big advertising budget. Most people find us because they heard from a neighbor or saw us working when they walked past. We have a small desk in the corner where we keep our books, but mostly we are on our feet moving around the workshop. It’s hard on the back, but seeing a finished carpet on the floor makes it worth the effort. We just keep doing what we know, one stitch at a time, without making any big fuss about it.
