We are located at Rastogi House, B-9, on Vivekanand Marg in the C Scheme area. It’s a decent neighborhood, a bit quieter than the old city markets but still gets its share of traffic during the day. The building, Rastogi House, is easy to spot once you’re on the right street. We have our setup inside, with a few rooms for different tasks. It’s not a giant warehouse or anything, just a regular place of business. We’ve got some computers, some storage shelves, and a table where we sit down to talk. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet because there’s always something else to do. Vivekanand Marg is a well-known road, so people don’t usually get lost trying to find us. We come in early, do our work, and leave when the sun goes down. There isn't any fancy decor or anything meant to impress visitors. It’s just a functional space. We handle our exports and paperwork from here. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have a lot of things going out at once, but we manage. Everyone here has a specific job, and we just get on with it without much fuss. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We have a small kettle for making tea in the afternoons which helps everyone keep going until the day is done.
