Vikas Hair Dresser

Vikas Hair Dresser is situated on Station Road in Sanganer. It's quite close to the Malpurara Gate, which is a big landmark around here. Sanganer is a busy part of Jaipur, especially this 302030 area. I've been working on Station Road for a long time. There's always people coming and going because of the station. The shop is small and a bit old now, but it serves its purpose. We don't have any big signs or bright lights. Most people just know us because we've been near Malpurara Gate for years. I open up early because that's when the first commuters arrive. It's a lot of work keeping up with the hair on the floor. I do my best to keep the place looking okay. The chairs are a bit worn but they are comfortable enough for a ten-minute haircut. We get a mix of people, from workers to students. Sanganer is famous for its prints, but we just focus on hair. It's a loud area with the trains and the traffic. You get used to the noise after a while. I like being near the gate because everyone uses it as a reference point. If you ask anyone on Station Road, they can point you to us. It's just a regular hair dresser for the local folks. We don't try to be anything we're not. Some days the dust from the road is a bit much, but that's part of the job here.
