Our place is on Sehkar Marg, right near Tonk Road. If you know where the Laxmi Mandir is, we are just opposite that, close to the Uco Bank. It’s a decent spot in Jaipur. At Vidhyapeeth Institute Of Defence, we mostly deal with young guys who want to get into the military or police. It’s not a corporate office. We have a few rooms where we go over the exam patterns and physical stuff. The stairs are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful when you come up. We spend a lot of time looking at old question papers and trying to figure out what the boards are asking these days. It gets busy in the mornings. There’s a lot of talk about drills and discipline, but we’re just regular people trying to help out. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most of the time it’s just us sitting around a table drinking tea and planning the next batch. The traffic on Tonk Road can be a headache during peak hours, but it's a good location because everyone knows where Laxmi Mandir is. We keep the benches clean and the lights on. It’s practical work. We see a lot of dreams coming through that door, and we just do our part without making a big fuss about it. We’ve been at Plot No-8 for a bit now and it feels like a second home to us as we go through the daily routine.
