Ajay Chhabra

Ajay Chhabra is just a small spot here in Panch Batti New Colony 2. Most people around the neighborhood know the place because we’ve been here for ages. It’s tucked away a bit, so if you aren't looking for it, you might miss us. I started this because I wanted to work for myself and stay close to home. The office is basically just one room with a lot of files and a computer that’s seen better days. I do most of the work myself, though sometimes a neighbor drops by to help out with some of the tasks. It’s quiet in the mornings, which I like. I usually start the day with a coffee and go through the messages left from the day before. Dealing with people face to face is the best part of being in New Colony. You get to know everyone's name and what they need. There isn't any big marketing team or anything like that here. It’s just me, Ajay, trying to stay organized. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up and the desk disappears under a mountain of folders. That is just how it is when you run a small operation. I try to stay on top of things, but life happens. People stop by to chat as much as they do for business. It feels more like a community spot than a cold office. We’ve been part of the furniture here for a long time.
