Fiitjee Ltd.

Fiitjee Ltd. sits over at No. 3-A Diyal Tower. If you know the area, it’s right near the Dainik Bhaskar flyover. It’s a very loud spot because of all the cars and buses passing by on the main road. Inside the building, it’s a different world. There are students everywhere with heavy backpacks full of books. We spend our days organizing classes and making sure the exam schedules are pinned up on the boards. The rooms are filled with benches and whiteboards that are usually covered in math problems or chemistry notes by the afternoon. It gets pretty frantic around exam time when everyone is asking questions at once. We have a small area where we keep all the extra study materials and it’s usually stacked high with paper. The staff here is used to the chaos. We try to keep the noise down so the kids can focus, but with the flyover so close, you can always hear the faint hum of engines. Most of the desks have piles of half-graded papers on them. We don’t have much time for small talk because there’s always a student waiting to speak to someone. It’s a busy environment and the air smells like old paper and chalk dust. We just keep the classes moving and try to stay on top of the administrative side of things every day. It is a lot of work but the day goes by fast.
