Neha Tutorials has been operating in Jaipur for quite a while now. We don't have a massive building; it’s just a set of rooms where we hold our classes. Every afternoon, the place starts filling up with students coming straight from their regular schools. They look a bit tired sometimes, but they settle in once we start the lessons. We have a few whiteboards that are always covered in math problems or grammar notes. The fans hum overhead to keep the Jaipur heat away, though it still gets pretty warm during the summer months. There is always the sound of pens scratching on paper and the occasional question from the back of the room. We don't use any fancy technology, just books and a lot of practice. Parents often drop by to ask how their kids are doing or to pay the monthly fees. We keep a small notebook for all our records. Sometimes the kids get distracted and we have to tell them to focus on the work. It is rewarding to see them finally understand a tough topic after trying for hours. We aren't some big coaching institute with branches everywhere. It is just us here in Jaipur, trying to help the local students get through their exams. Most of our furniture is old but sturdy, and we try to keep the place as quiet as possible so everyone can think.
