We are tucked away in Tripoliya Bazar, specifically at 533 Hanuman Ji Ka Rasta. If you know the old city of Jaipur, you know how busy it gets around here. The lanes are narrow and there’s always the sound of rickshaws and people talking. Our shop is right in the middle of that energy. We spend our days surrounded by the crafts that this area is famous for. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s ours. We usually have boxes piled up near the door and things waiting to be sorted. It’s a bit chaotic sometimes, but that’s the reality of a busy bazaar shop. We don’t have a marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us and the items we have. We’ve been at this address for quite a while now. The walls are a bit old and the floor has some wear, but it holds a lot of history. We know the other shopkeepers on the Rasta quite well. We often share a cup of tea in the afternoons when the heat is at its worst. Our focus is just on the daily tasks, like checking the items or talking to the people who bring us their work. It’s a hands-on kind of life. We don’t try to be anything we aren’t. We’re just a local business in the heart of the bazaar, doing what we’ve always done. It is a simple way to spend the day among the noise and the color.
