Triveni Communication

At S-60 in Bajaj Nagar, you will find Triveni Communication. It is a simple place where we handle a lot of different communication needs for the people living nearby. The shop isn't much to look at from the outside, just a regular storefront with a glass door that sticks a little bit when it rains. Inside, we have a counter and a couple of chairs for people to wait. We spend our time helping folks with their mobile recharges, new connections, and sometimes fixing basic hardware issues. Bajaj Nagar is a nice, quiet locality, and our shop reflects that. We don't have any loud music playing or bright flashing lights. It’s mostly just the sound of the fan and the occasional phone ringing. I run this place with my younger cousin who is quite good with the technical side of things. We have a small cupboard where we keep all the SIM cards and forms organized. Sometimes the neighbors stop by just to use the fan for a minute when it’s hot outside. We don't try to push people to buy things they don't need. If someone just wants a small top-up, that is fine with us. It’s a small-scale operation, and we are happy with how things are going. We’ve been at this same address for years and plan to stay here as long as we can. We know most of our customers by their first names by now.
