It’s the same building complex as some other shops, but being upstairs makes it a bit more private. You have to walk up the stairs, and once you’re inside, it’s a bit calmer than the busy street below. We handle both hair and skin care, and we have different sections for each. The space isn't huge, but it's laid out in a way that works for us. We have a few windows that look out over Kaveri Path, and you can see the cars and bikes going by all day. Our mirrors are big, and we have enough stools for everyone to sit while they wait their turn. We don't have any corporate training; we just learned by doing the work for many years. People come to us from all over Mansarovar because they know we’ve been here at this location for a while. It’s a simple, functional shop. The floors are easy to clean, and we keep our supplies on basic shelves. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. If someone needs a haircut or a facial, we just get to it. It’s a steady job, and we like the people who come in. We try to keep the atmosphere light and friendly without being too professional or stiff about it. We even have a little balcony where we keep some cleaning supplies and take a break sometimes.
