You’ll find Tikam Exports (P) Ltd. on the first floor of the Emrusa Building at 782, Gopal Ji Ka Rasta. This part of the city is very old and the streets are quite narrow. It’s always buzzing with people and scooters, which makes getting deliveries in and out a bit of a challenge sometimes. We’ve been in this building for many years. It’s not a modern glass tower; it’s an old place with a lot of character. Our office is usually cluttered with samples and shipping documents. We spend most of our time on the phone or responding to emails from people all over. It’s a small team here, and we all end up doing a bit of everything, from packing boxes to checking the accounts. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a fancy logo. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been doing this long enough to know the ropes. Sometimes the heat in the summer is a bit much, but we keep the fans going and get on with it. We aren't trying to impress anyone with corporate talk. We just want to get the orders out and make sure the quality is what it should be. It’s a lot of routine work, but we take pride in being reliable. Most of our neighbors in the building have been here as long as we have. We like it here despite the noise.
