Theories & Calculations

We’ve been running Theories & Calculations for a while now from this second-floor spot on New Vidhansabha Road. It’s right there in Lal Kothi. Most days, it’s just us and the students trying to figure out some tricky problem or another. We didn't want a fancy office, so C-33 works just fine for what we do. People find us easily enough once they're in the area. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the traffic picks up outside, but we just close the windows and get back to the books. The space isn't huge, but it fits everyone. We spend a lot of time just sitting around the tables, scribbling on paper and checking notes. It's a simple setup. You walk up the stairs, and there we are. Jaipur has a lot of these small setups, and we're just one of them. We don't have a big reception desk or anything. Just desks, chairs, and lots of pens that always seem to run out of ink when you need them. The neighborhood is okay, plenty of places to grab a quick chai nearby when we take a break. We've been in Lal Kothi long enough that the local shopkeepers know us by now. It's not a corporate life, just daily work with numbers and logic. We keep the doors open, the fans going, and just try to get through the syllabus. It’s a lot of work, but we like the routine we have here.
