The Scissor

The Scissor is our little shop located at Plot No- 20 B in Adarsh Bazaar. We are right in the Barkat Nagar neighborhood of Jaipur. If you are looking for us, we are quite close to the ICICI Bank. Adarsh Bazaar is a busy little market area, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving around outside. We have been in the 302015 area for a good while. The shop is not very big, but it is enough for what we do. We have a couple of chairs and the basic stuff for cutting hair. It is a very plain setup. We do not have any big posters or neon lights. People just know us from the name on the front. On hot Jaipur days, we keep the fan going full speed to stay cool. Most of the people who come here live just a few blocks away. They stop in while they are out doing their shopping in the bazaar. We do not have any complicated prices or services. It is just a place to get your hair cut and maybe chat for a few minutes about the weather or the local news. We open early so we can catch people before they go to their jobs. By the time we close up at night, we are tired, but it is a good kind of tired. It is just a regular local shop for regular people in Barkat Nagar.
