Thaltara

We are located at Thaltara Path, which is just off Sirsi Road in the Khatipura area. Our business is called Thaltara. It’s a bit tucked away, so you have to look for the turn-off from the main road. The area is growing fast, with new houses going up everywhere. We’ve been here since it was mostly empty land. The office is a simple structure. We don't have fancy air conditioning, just a couple of good ceiling fans that keep the air moving during the summer. We deal with whatever work comes our way. It’s a mix of things. Sometimes the phone lines go quiet for a few hours, then everything happens at once. We like the pace here. It’s not as crazy as the city center. We know the local shopkeepers and often share tea in the afternoons. Our team is small, just a few local guys who know the area well. We don't have a big corporate logo or a mission statement. We just show up every morning, open the doors, and get to work. The road outside can get a bit muddy when it rains, but we don't mind much. It's all part of being in this part of town. We’ve seen the community grow around us, and we’re happy to be a part of it. It’s a practical, down-to-earth kind of place. We just focus on getting the job done right.
