Park Regis Jaipur

Our place is at Plot No. 1 on Amer Road in Jaipur. We are right near the Golimar Garden Scheme and the Jal Mahal, which is a really nice area to be in. We have rooms for travelers and a space where people can stay while they explore the city. It isn’t some massive, impersonal hotel. We have a lot of local staff who have been here for a while. The building is kept clean, but it’s an active place, so there’s always something going on. Sometimes the traffic outside on Amer Road gets really loud, especially with all the tourists and buses, but we try to keep the rooms quiet. We don't follow a strict corporate script when we talk to people. We just try to be helpful and answer questions about where to find good food or how to get to the forts. The garden nearby is a nice place to look at in the morning. We spend a lot of time on maintenance because an old building always needs something fixed. Whether it’s a leaky tap or a light that won't turn on, we just deal with it as it happens. We aren't trying to be the most luxurious spot in the city. We just want to provide a comfortable place for people to sleep and feel at home while they are visiting Jaipur. It’s a lot of hard work for the crew here.
