Our office is over in Bani Park, at number 18 in C Scheme. It’s a decent area, though parking can be a bit of a headache during the middle of the day. We spend most of our time dealing with phones and different gadgets. People come in with cracked screens or software that won’t load, and we spend our hours looking at small parts. It’s quiet work mostly, but the phone rings a lot. We’ve been at this location for some time, so people around here know where to find us when their tech starts acting up. We aren't a big flashy showroom. It’s more of a functional space where we get things done. Sometimes we have a lot of stock coming in and boxes get stacked up in the corners until we can sort them out. The tea guy comes by twice a day, which is usually the highlight for the staff. We don’t have a big corporate team; it’s just us sitting at our desks or working at the repair benches. We try to be honest about how long a fix will take. If we can't do it, we say so. It’s better than making someone wait for no reason. The traffic on the main road can be loud, but inside we just focus on the task at hand. It's a simple operation, really. Just people helping other people get their communications back on track.
