You can find us over at Ajmeri Gate 394. It is one of those parts of town that never really stays quiet. Being in the telecom side of things means people are always coming in with some kind of question. Maybe their internet isn’t working right or they want to change their plan. We have a few desks set up for the staff. It is not a very big office, but it works for what we need to do. There is always a stack of papers somewhere that needs filing. We use the computers all day, so the room stays a bit warm. The fans are usually running at full speed. Sometimes the line gets long and people have to wait on the plastic chairs we have against the wall. We try to get through everyone as fast as we can, but some problems take longer to figure out. Dealing with cables and signals can be tricky. We spend a lot of time on the phone ourselves, talking to the main office or the technicians out in the field. It is a standard routine. We open up in the morning, dust off the desks, and start taking customers. The tea guy comes around twice a day, which is the highlight for most of us. It is a basic office environment. No fancy decorations, just the company posters on the wall and the sound of keyboards clicking all the time. It gets the job done and we keep things moving.
