Tata Indicom True Value Hub

We operate out of 190 Sinhaar on M I Road. It’s a very busy street in the heart of the city, so there is always something going on outside our window. The building is a bit older, and our space is pretty simple. We mostly deal with Tata Indicom services, so people come to us when they have issues with their connections or need to settle their accounts. The office has a few desks and some old metal filing cabinets that make a loud screeching sound when you open them. We don't have any polished marble floors or fancy lighting. It’s just a practical workspace where we spend our hours from morning to evening. Sometimes the air conditioner struggles to keep up with the heat, so we keep the door open a crack to let some air in, even though it brings in the noise of the traffic. There are usually three of us working here. We spend a lot of time on the computer or talking to people over the counter. We’ve seen the city change a lot from this spot on M I Road. Many businesses have come and gone, but we have stayed at 190. We don't put on any acts or try to sound like a big corporation. We just provide the service we are supposed to and try to get through the pile of paperwork on our desks before the day ends.
