This office is at S/3 on Spin Road in Vidhyadhar Nagar. We handle the local connections and help people with their mobile plans. It's a small space, just a few desks and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. Most of the time people come in because their internet isn't working or they want to change their monthly bill. It gets a bit crowded on Mondays when everyone has a problem from the weekend. There are some posters on the walls but they are getting a bit old now. The air conditioner works most of the time which is good during the summer months. I spend most of my day looking at the computer screen and talking to customers about their data usage. We also sell some sim cards and help with the registration process. It's pretty straightforward work. Sometimes the system is slow and people get annoyed, but we just try to get through the queue as fast as we can. Being near the main road means there's always noise from the traffic outside. We close up around eight usually. It’s just a regular service point for the neighborhood. Nothing fancy about it. Having been at this location for a while now, most of the locals know where to find us when their phone acts up. We don't do much else besides this mobile service stuff and fixing connectivity issues for people who stop by the counter.
