Tarachand Sarsar

We are over at Kalwar Road in Triton Mall, specifically at shop 16. It is a busy spot most days. My name is Tarachand Sarsar and I have been here a while now. Running a place in a mall is different from a street shop because of the air conditioning and the constant noise from the crowds. Usually, I get in around ten in the morning and start setting things up. Some days are slow, especially on Tuesday mornings when everyone is at work. I spend a lot of time just talking to the neighbors in other shops or checking my inventory. People come in looking for different things and I try to help them find what they need without making a big fuss about it. The lights in the mall are bright all day so you kind of lose track of time. Sometimes I forget to eat lunch until three because a customer had a lot of questions. It's just me and a little bit of help here. We keep it simple. The mall has changed a bit over the years but we are still in the same corner. I like seeing the regular faces who stop by just to say hello while they are out shopping for other stuff. It makes the day go faster. If you are walking around Triton Mall, you will find us easily enough. We don't have fancy signs, just the stuff we sell and a chair to sit on.
