Tanmay Enterprise

Tanmay Enterprise is located inside Alankar Plaza at T-12 in Vidhyadhar Nagar. It’s a typical commercial building with lots of small shops and offices. Our space is tucked away and can be a little hard to find if you aren't looking for the room number. We have a few desks, some computers that are getting a bit slow, and a lot of files stacked up on the shelves. The hallway outside is usually busy with people going to the other offices. We don’t have much in the way of decoration, just a clock and maybe a small picture of a deity for good luck. The balcony looks out over the parking lot which is always a mess of scooters and cars. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing out emails to people we’ve worked with for a long time. We try to keep things organized, but there’s always a pile of papers that needs sorting. The tea lady comes by at 11 and 4, which is the highlight of the day for most of us. Sometimes we sit on the stairs during our break just to get out of the office for a minute. It’s a quiet way to earn a living, away from the direct noise of the street but still right in the middle of the plaza’s daily chaos. We’ve been here for several years now and the landlord hasn't raised the rent too much yet, which is lucky for us.
