Laxmi Trader

You can find Laxmi Trader right on Chaura Rasta, at number 67. If you know this area, you know how busy it gets. It’s right in the heart of things. We’ve been operating out of this shop for a long while, and it feels like home to us. We deal in a bit of everything, mostly goods that people need for their daily lives or small trades. The building is older, which gives it some character, even if the stairs are a bit narrow. We spend most of our day talking to customers and sorting through stock. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s a good one. We like the energy of Chaura Rasta, with all the people walking by and the different shops nearby. Sometimes we just stand at the door for a minute to watch the world go by before getting back to work. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to keep the shop running smoothly and make sure our customers get what they came for. We’ve seen many generations pass through here. It’s nice when someone who used to come in with their parents now brings their own kids. We try to keep our prices reasonable and our attitude honest. That’s how we were taught to do business, and we haven't seen a reason to change that. Being right on the main street means we're never bored, that's for sure.
