Laxmi Traders

Laxmi Traders has been sitting at 67 Chaura Rasta for as long as I can remember. The street is always packed with shoppers and rickshaws, especially in the evenings. Our shop is just one of many, but it’s our space. We don't spend much time worrying about how the front looks or if the paint is peeling a little bit. We are more focused on the work inside. 67 is a good number for us. It’s easy for people to find once they get onto Chaura Rasta. We don't have a huge team, just a few people who have been working together for a long time. We know each other's habits and how the day is going to go before it even starts. It’s a quiet kind of busy at Laxmi Traders. We don't have loud music or big displays. We just keep our heads down and do what is required. Some days are slower than others and we just sit on the bench outside and watch the world go by. It’s a good way to see how the city is moving. We've never felt the need to move to a more modern area. This part of town has everything we need. We're just a small business at 67 Chaura Rasta, keeping things simple and sticking to what we know.
