Chetna Enterprises

Chetna Enterprises is tucked away in Indira Bazar on Baba Harish Chandra Marg. If you know the area, you know it’s a maze of shops and narrow lanes. Our place is right in the middle of all that hustle. We deal with various goods and supplies, acting as a sort of hub for different products. The building is older, with high ceilings and walls that could probably use a fresh coat of paint. We spend a lot of our time moving stock around and keeping track of orders in big ledgers. It gets very loud outside with all the rickshaws and people shouting, but inside we just focus on the work at hand. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy to bring people in. Most of our business comes from long-standing relationships with other traders in Indira Bazar. It’s a lot of manual labor, loading and unloading stuff, and making sure the inventory is correct. Sometimes we sit out front on wooden chairs when things slow down for a bit in the afternoon. The heat can be quite something during the peak of summer, but the thick walls of the old building keep it slightly cooler inside. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We just provide what our clients need and keep the business running from day to day on Baba Harish Chandra Marg. It’s a gritty, busy life, but it’s what we’ve always done.
