Suzlon Gujarat Wind Park Ltd

Our office is over in the Neelkanth Building, right there on the first floor. If you know Jaipur at all, you know where Bais Godam is, right across from the Nehru Sahakar Bhawan. It’s a busy area, lots of noise from the street below almost all day long. We’ve been in this spot for some time now. Dealing with wind parks means a lot of paperwork and phone calls to people out in the fields. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, chairs, and a few old computers that take forever to start up sometimes. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs which is good for the legs I guess. We have a small pantry where the coffee is usually cold but we drink it anyway. There’s always someone coming in or going out to a site somewhere in Gujarat or Rajasthan. It’s not a quiet job. The files are piled up on the shelves because we haven't quite gone fully digital yet. My colleague Ramesh usually brings some snacks for everyone around 4 PM. It helps get us through the afternoon slump. We don't really do the whole corporate meeting thing much, we just talk across the desks when something needs doing. Being near Nehru Sahakar Bhawan is handy because everyone knows the landmark. It makes giving directions a lot easier for us. We just do what we need to do.
