Gears Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is located at H-375 in the Sitapura Industrial Area. It is a very industrial setting, as you can probably guess from the name. There are factories and warehouses all around us. The air usually smells like metal or exhaust, and there is a constant hum of machinery in the distance. We work on energy projects here. Our building is a simple structure that fits right in with the rest of the neighborhood. Inside, it’s mostly just workspace and some storage for parts. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If someone comes to the door, one of us just gets up and sees who it is. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and checking equipment. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination. Sitapura is a long way from the city center, so it’s a bit of a commute for some of the guys. We make it work, though. We usually bring our own tea and snacks because there aren't many shops right nearby. The pace is steady. We don't try to rush things if they need to be done right. It’s a bit gritty and dusty, but that’s the nature of being in an industrial area. We are just a group of people who enjoy the technical challenges of energy work and don't mind getting our hands a bit dirty. It's how we spend our days.
