Man Structurals Pvt Ltd is situated near the Railway Loco shed, which means we hear the trains going by all day long. Our mailing address is P.B. No 189, and we’ve been at this same location for a long time. It’s an industrial area through and through. The ground is often a bit uneven, and there’s usually some iron or steel sitting around the yard. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear your best shoes. Our office is a small building near the main gate where we handle the paperwork and meetings. It’s functional and a bit worn down, but it serves its purpose. We don’t have any fancy signs or a marketing team telling us what to say. We just show up, look at the schedules, and see what needs to be fabricated or moved that day. The sun can get pretty hot out here near the tracks, so we drink a lot of water and try to stay in the shade when we can. It’s a tough, honest environment. Most of the guys have been working here for years and they know the place like the back of their hand. We don’t make things more complicated than they need to be. We’re just a group of people working with metal and structures in a dusty corner of the city. It’s a simple life and we’re used to the noise and the hard work. Anyway, that's just us.
