Our office is located over in the RIICO Industrial Area in Sitapura, specifically at Spl-Iii. It’s right off Tonk Road, which is a major route for everyone around here. Being in a big industrial zone like this means there is always a lot of activity and dust. We deal with power infrastructure, which is a lot of technical and heavy work. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit every day. Most of the guys here are more comfortable in the field or in the warehouse. We’ve been operating from this location for many years, watching the Sitapura area grow around us. The building itself is pretty plain, but it serves its purpose for managing all our projects. We have a lot of staff who come in from all over the city, so the lunchroom is always a mix of different stories. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny brochures. Most of our work comes from being around for so long and knowing the local requirements for power grids and metering. It gets really hot in the summer months, and the traffic on Tonk Road can be a real headache at the end of the day. But we just get on with it. It’s a steady job and we try to do it right without making a big fuss about things. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity; we're just a bunch of people working on the local infrastructure. We have been here through many changes.
