Supreme Gums Pvt. Ltd. is based out in the Sitapura Industrial Area Extension at G-999/1000. It’s a fairly large plot because we need the space for all our operations. Being in the industrial area means it’s not exactly the prettiest place to work, but it’s where we need to be. There is a lot of dust and noise from the other factories nearby, but that’s just part of the environment. We have a big metal gate at the entrance that stays open all day while we are working. Inside, the floors are mostly concrete and the walls are pretty plain. We use big industrial fans to keep the air moving, especially during the summer when it gets really hot. The office section is just a small corner of the building with some old desks and chairs. We don't spend much money on making the place look fancy because we’d rather focus on the actual work. The commute out here can be a bit of a trek, but we’ve all gotten used to it over the years. We usually sit together for a quick lunch break and talk about whatever is going on in the news. It’s a practical and honest workplace. We don't have any complicated management systems, just a few notebooks and a basic computer for the essentials. We just keep at it day after day.
