Sunkaria Mathematics Classes

Our math classes are held at 365 Himmat Nagar, right along the busy Tonk Road in Jaipur. If you know Tonk Road, you know how much noise and dust there is, but once you get inside our classrooms, it is all about the numbers. We focus entirely on mathematics here. The walls are mostly covered in charts and old boards that have seen a lot of chalk. It is a simple setup with rows of benches for the students. Jaipur gets incredibly hot during the summer months, so we have a few big fans going to keep everyone from melting while they work on their equations. It is a no-nonsense kind of place. We do not have fancy computer labs or lounge areas. Students come here to study and that is exactly what they do. We have been at this spot for a while, and the neighborhood knows us as the place where the kids go to get their math right. In the evenings, the area gets very crowded with bikes and parents waiting to pick up their children. It is a lot of hard work for the students and for us too, but it is a good way to spend the day. We do not try to make it sound like something it isn’t; it is just a place for learning math.
