Subhash Udyog

Subhash Udyog is our small setup in Raja Park, specifically on Ram Gali Number 2 at house 149. Raja Park is a crowded place with lots of narrow lanes and shops everywhere. We work from this location and it’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes for us. We handle various small-scale manufacturing or assembly tasks depending on what is needed at the time. The street is always full of bikes and people walking by to the main market area. Our space is functional, not for showing off to anyone. We have some basic machinery and workbenches where we spend most of our daily hours. It’s a local operation, so we know the neighbors and the other shopkeepers in the lane quite well. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy to attract people. Usually, people find us because they live nearby or someone told them where we are located. We deal with a lot of manual work, so our clothes usually have a bit of dirt or oil on them by the end of the day. It’s a simple business for us. We open up in the morning, do the day's tasks, and close up when the sun goes down. Sometimes we sit outside on a stool during tea breaks and just watch the street life go by. It’s a busy little corner of Raja Park and we’ve been a part of it for a long time now.
