You can find Step By Step inside the A.C Market at Saraogi Mansion. Our specific spot is B-22. Being on M I Road means there is always a lot of traffic and people walking by outside. Inside the mansion, it’s a bit cooler because of the air conditioning, which is nice in the summer. We sell shoes and things like that. The shop isn't very large, so we have to stack the boxes pretty high to fit everything in. Sometimes it’s a struggle to find the right size in the back because it's so crowded. We do our best though. The customers are usually locals or tourists walking around the main road. We’ve been here for a while and have seen many shops come and go. It feels like a small community inside the market. We open up in the morning and stay until late evening. The floor is a bit worn out from all the walking, but we keep it clean. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. We just talk to the people who come in. Some days are very slow and we just sit and watch the other shopkeepers across the hall. Other days, it’s a bit of a rush and we are constantly moving around. It’s just a normal shop on a busy street. We like being part of M I Road. It’s a good place for a shop like ours. We just keep going.
