Star Health Allied Insurance Co Ltd

We are situated at S 8 in Vaishali Nagar, right on the main road on the second floor of Jagdamba Tower. The tower is a busy place with a lot of different shops, so there's always someone walking past the door. Getting up to the second floor is part of the daily workout since we usually just take the stairs. Inside, it’s mostly just us and a lot of paper forms. Health insurance involves a lot of details, so we spend a lot of time squinting at fine print and making sure names are spelled right. The office has that specific smell of old paper and printer ink. We have a small waiting area with a few chairs that aren't the most comfortable, but they do the job. On rainy days, the floor gets a bit muddy from people coming in, so we keep a mop handy behind the door. We aren't big on decorations; maybe there is an old clock on the wall that runs a few minutes fast. Most of the day is spent on the phone, talking to hospitals or explaining things to families who come in. It gets busy after work hours when people stop by on their way home. We just try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long. It is just a plain, functional office where we do our bit every day, making sure the files are stored away in the right cabinets before we leave.
