Max Bupa Health Insurance Company Ltd

We are located at C-21 in the B C Scheme area, right on Bhagwandas Road. Our office is on the 2nd floor of the City Mall. It is pretty easy to find if you know where Rajput Shabha Bhavan is, as we are right near it. This is where we handle all the health insurance work for Max Bupa. The office isn't anything too special to look at, just desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. We spend most of our day talking to people who come in with their policy documents or questions about their medical claims. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the waiting area, especially on Monday mornings when everyone seems to have something to sort out. The City Mall can be quite a busy place, so parking can be a bit of a headache if you come at the wrong time. We have a small team here. We just try to get through the daily paperwork and make sure everyone gets an answer. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, really. We’ve been in this C-Scheme spot for a while now. The air conditioning works okay most days, which is good because it gets hot outside. We don't have any fancy posters or anything, just the usual stuff you'd find in a place that does insurance. We try to be helpful when someone is confused about their forms. It's just a regular office doing regular work for people around here.
