We are based at 19-A, Dhuleshwar Garden. It is a bit of a different feel compared to being in a big industrial park or a crowded downtown area. The neighborhood has some greenery and it feels a little more relaxed, though it is still a place of business. Au Financeiers (india) Ltd. has been operating from this address for quite a bit of time. The office itself is functional and straightforward. We have the usual desks, chairs, and filing cabinets that you would expect to see in any normal office. It is not about having a perfect workspace; it is about having a place where we can sit down and get our work done. The staff here are mostly local people who know the Dhuleshwar Garden area well. Sometimes we have people coming in with questions, and we just try to talk to them like neighbors. There isn't any script we follow or any corporate handbook that tells us how to speak. We just use common sense and try to be helpful. The garden nearby is a nice touch, even if we do not spend much time in it ourselves during the workday. It is just nice to know it is there. We keep things pretty low-key at 19-A. We are not looking for a lot of attention or trying to be something we are not.
