We are located at 978 Kissan Marg in Barkat Nagar. It's a pretty standard street with a mix of houses and small businesses. Our office is easy to miss if you aren't looking for the number on the gate. Inside, it's mostly stacks of paper and sample pieces lying around on the tables. We’ve got a small team here, and most of us have been working together for quite a while now. The routine is pretty much the same every day; we show up, check the emails, and see what needs to be shipped out. There’s a lot of back and forth with the packing area in the back room. Sometimes the courier is late, and we end up sitting around talking about whatever was on the news that morning. We don't have any fancy mission statements hanging on the walls, just a calendar and maybe a few photos from a staff lunch we had last year. Barkat Nagar is a decent place to work, though it gets a bit flooded when the monsoon rains are heavy. We just pile some sandbags by the door and hope for the best. It’s a lot of manual work, checking the quality of things and making sure the addresses are written clearly on the boxes. It isn't glamorous work, but it keeps us busy from morning until we close up at six and head back to our families.
