Simran Gents Parlour

Simran Gents Parlour is located at Shop No- 5 in Sector 10 of the Chitrakoot Scheme. We are in Vaishali Nagar, not far from the Akshardham Temple crossing. It is a decent spot because many people pass by on their way to the temple. Our shop is primarily for men who need a shave or a haircut without any extra fuss. We have the usual black barber chairs that lean back for shaves. The walls have a few posters of different hairstyles that have been there for years. We usually start our morning by sweeping out the hair from the day before and setting out the razors and combs. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the main city, but we get our fair share of customers from the nearby houses. We talk about the local weather or the cricket scores while we work. It is just a small room with enough space for a few people to work and a few more to sit. We keep the water heater going in the winters so the shaves are comfortable. There is nothing very special about the decor, just a practical space for grooming. We like being near the Akshardham crossing because it makes the shop easy to describe to anyone new. Most of our guys have been coming here since we first opened the doors in Sector 10.
