Sim Vastu Architects & Interior Designers

Sim Vastu Architects & Interior Designers is located on JLN Marg in Malviya Nagar, very close to MNIT Jaipur. We’ve been in this spot for a good while, and it’s a nice place to work. Our office is fairly simple. We have our drafting tables, some computers, and shelves full of books and samples. We aren't a big, flashy firm. Most of our days are spent talking about Vastu principles and how they fit into modern home designs. It’s just a small group of us here. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of assistants. When you call or visit, you’re talking to the people who are actually going to be drawing your plans. We like keeping things that way because it stops things from getting lost in translation. Sometimes we have long debates about where a kitchen should be placed or how to get more natural light into a room. It’s a lot of back and forth, but we think it’s necessary to get a decent result. Being near the university means there’s always a bit of energy in the area, which we like. We work with all kinds of people, from those with a tiny budget to those building something much larger. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we know everything. We just listen to what people want and try to figure out a way to make it happen for them.
