I've been running Shubham Mobiles at Mansarovar Agarwal Farm Sector-111 S-41 for several years now. It is a small shop, nothing too fancy, but it gets the job done. We spend most of our time fixing broken screens or helping people who can't get their phones to turn on. The area around S-41 has changed quite a bit since we first opened the doors. There are more shops now and the traffic on the main road can be a bit much in the mornings. We have a glass counter where we keep a few new models and some second-hand ones that people traded in. It gets quite dusty inside because of the wind, so I have to wipe the shelves down every couple of hours. My cousin helps out on the weekends when it gets a little busier with families coming in. We don't have a big team or anything, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard. Sometimes a repair takes longer than we thought and we have to ask the customer to come back the next day. We try to be honest about what can be fixed and what is just a waste of money. Most people in the sector know us by name now. It’s just a regular life here, opening up at ten and staying until the market winds down. That is how we do things every day of the week except Sundays.
