Shubham Handicrafts

Our workshop is located in Sitapura Industrial Area, specifically at G-957-958 in the Riico part. If you’ve ever been down this way, you know it’s mostly big buildings and trucks moving around all day. It gets pretty dusty and loud with all the work happening in the surrounding units. At Shubham Handicrafts, we spend our hours dealing with raw materials and turning them into finished pieces. There’s always a lot of movement on the floor. Some days the heat is a bit much, but the fans keep things going. We aren't some giant corporation with polished floors. It’s a practical space where people use their hands and machines to get things ready for transport. The guys here have been doing this for years, so they know the rhythms of the work. We usually have piles of stuff waiting to be packed and others just starting to take shape. Lunch breaks are usually taken together on the benches outside. It’s hard work, and the days can be long when there’s a big shipment to get out. Sitapura is a bit far from the main city, so once we are here, we stay focused on the tasks. We don't have a fancy showroom here, just the production line and the storage area. It’s about getting the job done right so the items can go where they need to go. There really is nothing more to it than that.
