Shubam Hi Tech Plastics

Our place is out in the Renwal RIICO Industrial Area at H-97. Shubam Hi Tech Plastics is where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s an industrial zone, so it’s mostly just factories and lorries around here. We deal with plastics, obviously. The machines can be quite loud when they're running full tilt, but you get used to the rhythm after a few years. It’s not the most glamorous job in the world, working with molds and pellets all day. We just try to get the orders right and keep the scrap piles low. Dealing with the heat in the summer is probably the hardest part of being in this shed. We have a small crew and everyone knows their role by now. Some days are smoother than others. When a machine breaks, it’s a long day for everyone. We’ve been at H-97 for a while, and the neighborhood hasn't changed much. It’s just work. We pack the stuff up, load the trucks, and wait for the next batch. We don't have a big front office or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll likely find us on the floor checking the parts. It is a practical setup for the kind of stuff we produce. Just a typical plastic works in a typical industrial area. We keep things simple because that’s what works for us. It’s just a basic factory life, and we are fine with that.
